Sheesh... that is one sick son of a bitch - even worse when he is HIV active.

The judge is the guy who heard the case and background - but he's gotta be near the same level of the defendant. A 60 day term of imprisonment is no place near a timescale for the "rehabilitation" the judge is intending. That's gonna take years, if ever.

It's the child who is more a priority for backing and support than the pedo. Bet she is well messed up in her future live.
