    The Law and AIM Tests???

Hey guys I'm new to the arena of porn. I have only been shooting for the past 3 months off and on. I am shooting only solo sets and I understand everything about 2257 and model release but what about AIM tests, do I need them? This was brought up on my last shoot by the girls "AGENT".

What is the LAW in this situation?

    Any help would be great

you don't need an aim test if you're shooting solo content.
there is no law about aim tests.

you don't need them for solo shoots

but if you do end up shooting anything past solo, you need to check with your distributor, it isn't the law that usually requires them, it is the company you are shooting for, or the company that is distributing the movies

Aim is not the law , also why would you need a sexual disease test for solo content ?

AIM is funny. They have the industry brainwashed that you must use them to work. I have had models turn work down because our PCR-DNA tests were not from AIM, but from a REAL hospital who gave us both Elisa and PCR-DNA tests and were given my a REAL doctor.

"Do you have your AIM test?"

when it should be: "Do you have your PCR-DNA and Elisa HIV test?"

            Fools.

Well when the model plays with herself then it's as if she's playing with herself every other time she played with herself. She doesn't know where she's been.

Jeez you think you people would have figured this out by now.
