Hate to say "it depends", but it seriously does with pizza and food in general.. Sure each "chain" has a recipe they follow, but especially with dough it could be fucked up just by having too much or too little humidity or temperature.
Having said that, my local Dominoes does an awesome job with their store and the ones I get delivered from them are always super good.
My local pizza hut sucks, the dough is always tough and just tears like cardboard or something, and pools of orange grease is all over it. blech..43-922-863 Shut up and play your guitar.

I love my local pizza joint, Uncle Fatih's (Fatty's) on Broadway and Commercial. They make the crispest thin crust pizza loaded with lots of yummy fresh toppings for super cheap and are super-fast with delivery! Arguably the BEST pizza place in Vancouver! Their slices are even better!Comment

Any Blondie's Pizza fans here? When I lived in Berkeley, I LIVED OFF THIS stuff. Dirt cheap per slice and the Industrial Cheese emits enough enzymes and heavy metals to power you for days LOL
