Well don't say I didn't try to warn your asses last week. My post went unread.
I've never in over 8 years of working on the web have I seen such a huge wave of attacks and fucked up customer service. You have to run your spyware defense systems twice a day minimum as well as anti virus. The thing to watch for are 'piggy back' codes that are snippets of code that alone do nothing but once in your system match up with other snippets forming a worm or trojan. Some snippets are months apart. That's why it's so hard to detect them.
One thing I'm finding is that the training of the staff of the computer and software companies especially support is so rotten you should get paid everytime you call them.
Just watch what happens to China's internet systems. I give em' 6 months before they get creamed by one of their hackers.
