While it may have been a little insensitive on Juicy's part (at the least a bit of bad timing)...but I have to agree with his point.
Networks are far too eager these days to make a mini-series out of events that don't always merit the glut of coverage they give it. Its not just one network...many of them do it.
Sure the mining accident was tragic and had a human interest element, but c'mon. The networks appear like vultures on the scene, sniffing blood and reveling in the drama of the moment.
But in the end, the story impacts a relatively small number of people...not an entire state or nation.
