You are correct on the fake nick and lies, I think he did his best to pay people what he owed them although the jury is still out whether he was using ccbill to skim off rebills. Can't really blame him for the new nick as his perfection jeff image was eternally tarnished on this board. Its just that his ego and flamboyance got the best of him and it was hard to stay hidden.
