How come some days you have to login to see the threads and others not?

    How come some days you have to login to see the threads and others not?

    I have noticed there's some periods where you need to login to GFY to even see the forums in the mainpage. Other times like today, you don't have to login at all and can read everything. What factors determine this? Are the gates opened only when there's not enough surfers around?

                                      I usually go straight to gofuckyourself.com from the favorites. I noticed this only after clearing the history/cookies/cache, and indeed some times you have to login to even see the main page. IMHO it should be that way always, it would keep alot of surfers out. I mean if you were a surfer and wandered in here and saw a bunch of 'would you hit it' threads with hot chicks, I'm sure you would think this was a surfer board.

                                              I know you have to login to each domain to POST. I was talking about having to login to READ the threads.
