An expired passport is no valid ID ... Drivers permit with a picture identifies you, but doesn't confirm that
you are Canadian ( Maury Povitch could after a DNA test ... ).
So you need the birth certificate if born in Canada or a Citizenship card if born abroad.
Conclusion: get a fucking passport
