          There is google toolbar for Firefox too. It has all the features of regular Google toolbar for IE.

              The googlebar kicks ass over the default firefox google search box once you tweak it to your likings.

              Mine is set up for one click searches of web, same site, google images, google groups, news (google), dictionary, stocks, BSD, linux, page translation, backwards links, stocks & more

                There is also another extension, that works with 1.0+, that gives Google PR, Alexa rank, and shows backward links. It's called Search Status.
