Of course I don't like it. I am just saying all people have different viewpoints. There are guys that have that chivalrous attitude like they want to protect women and could never hit them for whatever reason, and then I guess there are ones that think women don't deserve special treatment.
I don't expect to be treated with special treatment to be honest. I don't need someone to open my doors for me and I don't need anyone to pay for me when we go out our anything, I'm the super duper independent type.
My point was that upbringing does have a lot to do with it, but you can't just not go out with someone just because they had a bad upbringing, it's not their fault they grew up like that. Plus I think his mom hit his dad too, so it goes both ways.
I was always the timid type, I'm not the violent type at all, so I would never hit my bf, I just like to talk a lot, or talk back, argue, debate back and forth, whatever you wanna call it.Comment
