This idiot has one of those little cars that sound like a lawnmower.
This one is souped up, so it sounds like a Tim the Tool Man Taylor type of lawnmower.
He goes out tp his little shit box and revs the fuck out of it, and it is loud, to warm it up.
It wakes up my daughter every day and of course I have asked him not rev the damn thing, But no he continues to do it.

I think I will do more than that if it keeps up.
Since I am the landlord here in this apartment building, I will just evict him.
Give him 5 days notice to vacate, 3 days after his payday.
He will be almost broke and probably won't have enough money to get another place fast.
