Do you suspect she only wants half? Guess what, you are right! She is only with you because you can provide for her. Once you get married, she won't need to put up with your anemic personality anymore.
How sad does it make you feel to know that nobody cares about you, but they still put up with you and your pathetic body, personality and face. Who does what's left of your hair? How many people would consider you a great friend? Would you be surprised to find out that nobody would consider you a great friend?
How surprised would you be to know that almost everyone laughs at you behind your back?
