It's NOrton. I just bought the Personal firewall and the new anti-virus software combo pack yesterday cause I had to reformat my pc.
After I reformatted, my comp was running smooth as butter online but as SOON as I installed that Norton, the shit froze up.
I went to boot my comp up this morning and it takes five minutes for my shit to get booted up....I haven't even installed the personal firewall. I wasted sixty bucks when I could have gotten something for free off the net.Comment

go to services and set it to manual startup and reboot
