Agree! There are examples for guys murdering (not attempted murder) their wives and get 20 years and end up serving eight.
Another cut his wife up and stuffed her in the freezer and served a silly low sentence (can't remember what it was). The jury actually thought she was an utter bitch and deserved to die!
Strange how juries can be!
