Looks sweet. I like decks, balconies and terraces.
I'm having my balcony patio redone right now. I want to get an automated retractable awning and everthing so that I can still go out and use it even in the rain.

awesome, plus you wont have to stain it, which is the biggest hassle of having a deck.
just when they finished it fucking SNOWED... grrr - can't really use it till next spring now.
(that is the view from my office)
You silly boy! I use both my deck and my dock in the winter and whilst my winters aren't as severe as yours, sitting out there when there's snow is way cool! Get yourself a good chimea, warm clothes, blankets, a hot toddy and enjoy your beautiful deck
Darlin, that whole house looks beautiful. You have great taste.
(No rude puns, please)

I was there when Sleazy bought the Material, damn he's a smart guy. The builder wanted to have the money before but Scott said " I rather go with you and put it on my amex " I beleived he saved over 1000$ right there.
Builder was not to jumpy about the idea but he had no choice.
