I forgot to include that a purchase price of $50,000USD + $445.00USD for escrow.com charges would guarantee this sale.

Afternic.com appriased this domain one year ago when I purchased it at $60,000 without content (DOMAIN ONLY!) and at least $250,000 with some marketing. I have had a paid listing on Yahoo since it's initial development and until last month, was advertised on google adwords.
