We have a pre-paid, confirmed luxury room at the Venetian for AVN/Internext. We cannot make the trip now because of a scheduling conflict and we are now seeking to sell and transfer this reservation.
The reservation is for Jan. 5 through Jan. 8. We originally this room booked back in August through Rose Tours of Philadelphia. If we don't transfer this reservation to someone we will be charged for a room we won't use.
The cost of the room is $319 per night.
As you know the Venetian is the hottest hotel in Vegas during Internext/AVN and is booked solid. Walk-up room rates last month were more than $700 a night. This is a top of the line premium room:
