    Buying an expired scammer domain and using it for the same business

    Example: Lets say you see that buycars.com has expired and you do research on the domain and find out that the old owner of buycars.com was a big time scammer and owes a lot of people money. His job was selling cars online. You then register the name and are using it for the same purpose. Where do you stand?

              With a domain as good as buycars.com I wouldn't mind the rep confusion at the begining but eventually people will understand the change of ownership which will be made public.
