I have no idea what a PF is, and I don't know who TIFF is either actually... hehe, I am Norwegian...
I am not really sure what I am looking for to tell the truth... I just want something that works, and is easy enough for people to actually use.
This Verotel thing seems to fix that.
Last year (2003) I tried some YowCow thing. I kept getting Mails telling me people have signed up, but were waiting for their payments etc.
At the same time, the same people were sending me direct E-Mails asking for a normal invoice as they couldn't figure out how to use the CowTow thing.
So, this Verotel system seems to be doing the job for me at least.
