Depends; they are EST, but their bank maybe in China which means that their promise to pay on 12-1 isn't actually until the morning before yesterday; or the day following the day after yesterday. They made it very clear

My last 2 check sfrom them just bounced. Why would they even bother sending me checks if they are planning on going under? That tells me they are trying to carry on,

No deposit in our checking account yet. But in all fairness, we've never received payment on the exact payment dates. It's always the next day or the day after.

And for those who receive snail mail or fedex'd checks, you'll still have to wait to see if your check was sent out today.

If the money isn't in the checking account by Friday, then I guess that'll be all she wrote. But I hope it doesn't take that long. My nerves are about shot.

US Client Payout

Dear iBill US Client,
As announced on the iBill client conference call on Wednesday, November 3rd, iBill will resume scheduled US payouts starting with November 1st transactions. November 1st through November 15th transactions will be paid out on December 1st.

All US clients will resume their normal payout schedule:
1st of Month: 1 - 15th transactions from the previous month

15th of Month: 16th - end of month transactions from the previous month

Monthly clients will be paid on the 15th of the month for previous month transactions

RevShare clients will resume their normal payout schedule:
8th of the Month: 1st - 15th transactions from the previous month

22nd of the Month: 16th - end of the month transactions


Catalog Complete clients will resume their normal payout schedule:
26th of the Month: 1st ? end of the month transactions from the previous month


Past due client transactions and reserves will be repaid with 6% interest over an extended period. However, repayments of outstanding client reserves will be subject to the release of funds currently being held by our former processor, and such repayments may be made directly to clients by our former processor. We are working with our former processor with the intention of expediting payout of outstanding client reserves.

Clients will also have the option to convert their entire past due amounts or a portion of the past due amounts into equity at a 50% discount.

RevShare amounts due as of October 31st will be paid in four equal payments. Additional information regarding the RevShare past due payout program will follow in a later communication.

By Monday, December 6th, you will be able to log into the Merchant Info area at http://www.ibill.com/merchantinfo/login/login.cfm to review past due amounts, a brief summary of the plans and select the option that you would like to move forward with. You will receive confirmation of your plan selection immediately and depending on the option chosen, the promissory note will follow. For those selecting the equity option, additional details will follow pending regulatory approvals.

we've got their payment today

The money has shown up in the CMI but we have not received in our account yet. I've been on hold with iBill for approx 25 minutes now and the most annoying 'thank you for holding, a representative will be with you shortly' creeps in every 45 seconds or so.

So when you people said you've received it, you've actually seen it and maybe they are just late with mine, or do you just see it in the CMI and you haven't actually seen it yet...

Mine hasn't showed either. It's in CMI, but not in my bank account where it really matters.

Update:US ACH Payment Advisory Check Date 12/01/04 ]We?ve just identified that the problem with the ACH delay was as a result of a failure in the file format for the transmission of our ACHs to the new commercial bank. As part of the failure, a large portion of ACHs were rejected and another portion of clients received partial payments. Our IT and Accounting Departments are working diligently with our commercial bank to resolve this issue.

This is iBill's recent update. Can someone decipher this?

U.S. iBill check came in today... was sent on the 1st.... only took 2 days to get from Florida to California..

Wel, most of the guys here ( not all ) are probably not owed a LOT of money, and it would probably cost more for them to get a lawyer, and file the suit, than what IBill owes them..

Yeah, they owe me money too, and it's not a LOT of money, but it's a good size chunk, but not near what they owe(d) Lens.

i bet you everything they owe you that they wont pay you...
