So it sounds like it's a good idea to accurately estimate the gallons per minute you'll need before buying one.
Absolute maximum being two showers going at once. Get the temp set up just right and then shut off the cold and measure into buckets the GPM of the hot and double that.
Cost of opperation... Electric vs. gas... Just compare this to tank heaters.
