This company is so infuriating....I have had an account for a few months with them and normally use the ATM card for withdrawing my cash that is in the account but because they only allow me 150 GBP daily ( around $280 ) I decided to add a bank account within the admin ( have tried previously but the system kept asking for an ABA number ).
So I try and set it up again today and it asks for this ABA number again so I phone Epassporte up and am told to contact my bank as they will provide you with the number....phone up my UK bank and they state we don`t have ABA numbers ( just sort codes + IBANN numbers ) so I try to enter these..again.
Still rejected, so I call up Epass again and after 15 minutes of talking to someone, she speaks to her supervisor and then states that you cannot enter a UK account ( U.S accounts only ) so I ask her why does the drop down menu allow me to enter a UK address what with the country fields that are listed?
She has no idea and has no further idea why this important fact is not mentioned at the site ( that bank accounts outside the U.S cannot be added ).
Waste of a fucking hour.
