Jact I think what the original complaint was is 12clicks program is poping competitors pop ups on pages where we send traffic. So if you send the infected user to a certain dating site trying to get a sale. 12clicks program was poping other dating sites with someone else's ref codes trying to steal the sale.
I don't know if he is doing it but that is the complaint from what I see. That is a bunch of shit and I can't believe anyone would stick up for a company doing this kind of thing. I would like to see it proven one way or the other..
Also in reguards to someone posting about laws in reguards to this. I do remember a case about a year or two ago about this very issue. I forget who it was but I think they won. If for one second i feel you or anyone else is stealing my traffic, you will have alot more to be worried about than the loss of cash..
Adware is a legit business strategy , stealing from me is a lifetime of problems.
Rotating Popups are one thing, Serving competition ads by monitoring users browsing is illegal. If these effect any sites i promote or offer, you have big big problems..hatisblack at yahoo.comComment
