I think it's a reasonable 'wishlist' Sleazy. I'll tell you though that not everyone likes a portal as a home . My husband was amazed at how people just stop by for supper or sleep over and come to us without calling & some don't even bother ringing the doorbell. Things changed a little to accomodate him (people walking in the house while you're doing the nasty ruins the moment) so we learned to lock all doors at all times - and hinted more on the calling before since we work from home. All in all when it's the right person, even if they aren't used to it, they'll see the positive aspect & that's that they will have you & you're love.

Maybe that's some perception men have but I know a lot of women that won't go for the hot bodybuilder types - they tend to be looking out for every mirror in the vicinity. Guess some people look for concrete souls rather than hot/sexy looks sometimes.

I grew up with holidays of over 60 people in our small house - in those days all we cared about was a good meal and the entire family being in one place at one time & getting to play cards & boardgames with our family.

Our house has always been a freeway - hubby's family was basically 4 people just because of things being different in his part of the world. He's getting used to it - with my mother living with us, it's just second nature for everyone to just walk in for some of her cooking.

It slowed down a little but I guarantee you that anyone coming off a plane that knows any of my family in another country will have been referred to our house/address/phone number as a starting point. We're just like that. When anyone needs anything - they will first come to us then wait for our direction.
My father always joked that there must have been honey in the foundations cuz with all the family we have, our house is the one with the most movement.

I think your wishlist is not unreasonable, but most women who would fit into that category are already taken.

In reality though, wishlists are useless. From my personal experience (and I've seen it time and time again) you'll be on a quest for that one woman who fits every criteria on your list, and then BAM! Somebody will come along that fits very few or even none of those criteria. Instead she will posess qualities that you never even knew were important, and she will amaze you to the point where you'll wonder why you even wasted all that time on that damn list in the first place! You'll realize that all those things you thought were so imortant are really pretty trivial, and when you find the right girl, the rest falls into place on its own.
