oh wait youre referring to the states/provinces? south & north holland is to the west if you live there youre officially a 'hollander', but everyones dutch yeah.. .confusing I know

Here were I live (although Im a 'hollander') ppl tell eachother oh thats cause hes a 'hollander' aka from the west, ppl from the west are more up tempo, less relaxed, more stressed, like NY vs AL
