So my neighbor calls me this morning at 7:00a.m. on the dot. Needs the coupon on page 27 of the phone book for the heating and cooling place. It's a 10%'er for service calls. Now look, I am all about getting the heat fixed, but FFS, 7:00a.m., to save 10%???
