    he is not webmaster and he isnt rich either and he told me he can pay 100 usd for it. i think there are already premade php scripts that are able to do what he wants. he told me it was something like installing a forum, add login on the site, and a few more features he can describe on msn.

                  phpNuke would also be a good thing to install if you forget your passwords a lot. Every month or so there is a new exploit to own it with.
