Totally impossible to estimate. What you consider hot might not be what surfers consider hot. Before surfers even see her you have to convince the webmasters to promote her. Do they think she is hot or will convert? Are you paying the webmasters an amount of $$'s that will make them want to promote her? Will she be going to webmaster shows to promote the site? She may be hot, but does her tour "sell" her? Once they join, is the content appealing enough for them to keep their membership monthly? Is she going to do webcam shows? Will she have a blog? Answer members email....all things that keep the members happy.

You have have the hottest girl in the world....but how well does she photograph? Does her smiles look forced? Does she play to the camera? What about her videos? Does she look uncomfortable masterbating in from of it? How often do you update?

If you think that you will get a hot girl, pay her 10K, send her on her way, open up her site and bang, you are making 100K a year you are crazy. If you only shoot her for one month, even busting ass, that content won't last forever...what will you do for updates once you run out?

Never go into a project like this with visions of big bucks. Go in hoping you can make a few bucks off of her, enough to make it worth the time you put into it...and if it does better than expected...awesome...if it just makes enough to pay for your time and a few bucks to spare...then you are better off than you were before...so all is good.

Is he currently doing this? Has it done it before? Is he just some guy that was drinking with you?

It's possible that you could find the an amazingly beautiful model that appealed to most surfers and was so stupid and hard working that you could shoot her for 120 scenes for $10k. It's also possible that you could design the perfect site and get some of the heavy hitters to join your program and send 1,000 a month. It's also possible that you could win the lottery.

Yes, it sounds like wishful thinking. Now, if you were to find a beautiful model what was willing to work with you for a long time, busted ass creating content, designing, marketing and spending months on tweaking the tour, your program and your member's area then it's possible but you're going to spend plenty of 80 to 100 hours weeks to get it kicked off.

Of course spening about 80 hours on webmaster boards reading and asking questions is a good start.
