Haha... reminds me of a call I got when I was working for Visa.
I had a call from a bank manager desperately asking for help as he had a customer in the branch who refused to leave until her Visa problem was rectified.
I pulled up her account and took a look at the notes. She had racked up a few thousand dollars in puchases throughout the previous month.
She kept ranting that she wasn't responsible for the charges because of "the hospital and the drugs". After a little while on the phone with her, I figured out that she had been hospitalized due to depression. She had been prescribed Prozac and had gone out and racked up some debt.
She kept insisting that she wasn't responsible for the charges, despite the fact that she was in possession of everything she had charged on the card.
There are some total fucking nutjobs out there.
