I wouldn't sleep with a girl under the age of consent because it just isn't worth the risk. My decision has nothing to do with morality. If I lived in a state where 16 was the legal age it would do it with a clear conscience.
If the site is legit, in Georgia it is illegal to sleep with anyone unless you are married. And apparently if a married person sleeps with an unmarried person, only the unmarried person is committing a crime. Ah, the bible belt.
