Thought i should post this up here for the newbies too 
I was bored, and thought i would make a tutorial on how to get more traffic to your site. Its a real simple step by step kinda thing, and if you do it right you can get up to 100k daily to your gallery's or free sites.
Im sure its not the best tutorial in the land, but i wish i had something like this 3 months ago when i started this! Im not the most experienced web master around, and im sure people can find many more ways to get traffic.. but im sure this will help alot of people out!

Also.. being the greedy business man that i am.. half way through making this i had a flash of brilliance!
I should sell the majority of my submit lists! It has taken me around 3 months to build this, to sort and test which sites are good to post and submit too, and i have put together some realy nice lists of submit url's - You can go through the list one after another.. post post post!
Using these lists, you can gain up to 400k / day in traffic, it would be realy hard to be honest to post up to all these sites yourself in a day, but im sure this will be an invaluable reference for any web master wanting more traffic!
US$ 240 is what im asking for it, To pay someone to collect this info would costs more then 1000$ im sure..
