    And people complaing about porn

    Last year around November I made a thread about the cable company hitting me up for "auto renewal" charges for the NBA package when I did not want to renew.

    I was able to get that cancelled out, my money credited back.

    Well guess what?

    They did it to me again...LOL

    Almost 2 seasons after I cancelled the package I am still dealing with "auto renewal" charges. Un fucking believable.

          You're right, by comparison, adult is actually very consumer friendly. We don't fuck around, you ask to be cancelled, you're actually cancelled. Tons of mainstream companies don't give a fuck and just blame human or computer error and the kicker is they can get away with it because their billing practices aren't under constant scrutiny like adult is. Ironic how we managed to police ourselves pretty well, huh.

                          Visa and other card companies use disinformation about online adult chargebacks as a smokescreen issue. Friends of ours who operate an adult retail store in Niagara Falls have FAR more chargebacks per month than we've had on our websites over the years - yet they don't hear a peep from their merchant processors.

                          This fact more than any others really makes you wonder about the larger scope of the credit card company's agenda against the online adult industry at work here.
