its harder to host spammer than you think. If Webair is really hosting spammers
and they dont have a seperate network in china for it they are endangering ALL their clients accesbibiltiy.. great host that must be.

Hosting an experienced proxy spammer is easy assuming he can deal with honeypots effectively. Can't tell the server config neither the bandwidth usage, but normally shouldn't exceed the $200/server. I can imagine someone forgot to use proxies and mailed directly for 2 hours having SI people shtting their pants.
