Whether it brings the dispute between ProAOS and Tenderobject to rest or not, I'd like to simply set the records straight in terms of H2oh Media's dealings with both parties. We used ProAOS for the first two quarters of 2004. They provided several developers to us including the now infamous TenderObject. After several months of working with ProAOS, we opted to work with another firm for staffing. That's it.
Our relationship with Tenderobject continued after this, however it was in a different vain. He became a hosting client of ours. We weren't paying him money; in fact, we were providing a service to him and he was paying us money. As to what work Tenderobject did in the weeks and months following the termination of our relationship with ProAOS, I am unfamiliar with his work and frankly, it's none of my business.
As to why we chose to terminate our relationship with ProAOS and use another firm; we simply didn't feel that the quality was up to H2oh Media standards and sought a more appropriate partner.Comment
