Whos going to pay him for the time he spent chasing the 8 grand?
Whos going to pay that even after 5 months of chasing the 8 grand, hes still back at square 1 looking for a host and then however long it takes them to set up another 20 servers?
Whos going to pay him for the time he has to spend getting on a plane and flying into the states, dealing with all the customs bullshit, to go collect the 8 grand he shouldn't even have to be chasing in the first place?
in the end, this will have cost him 7-8 months to get resolved and get back on track...
would you be happy if someone halted your entire opperation 8 months, and then refunded you after that and sent you on your merry way back at square 1?
again i can only talk based on what has been said in this thread, but since split isn't addressing anything bdjuf has said, that's what it looks like to me
