Webb and Flocco also discussed the autopsy that was performed on Lori Klausuits that was hushed and covered up by a doctor that was brought in by the name of Dr. Michael Berkland. He ultimately labeled her death a suicide despite the fact that much evidence pointed to it being a murder including a seven-inch gash that was found on her head. And also despite the fact that Berkland's license was suspended in the state of Missouri.
"When they found her body they brought in the doctors," said Webb. ?These guys are on the CIA roster of cover-up doctors. They call in an intelligence roster guy that's working for the administration that will cover up and call it a suicide," said Flocco. "What probably happened here is you had a guy who was in Florida and he was probably the only doctor in the state at the time, who they could count on to cover up a suspicious death."
Flocco and Webb then went on to discuss their story entitled "Goss Refuses to Give Fitzgerald CIA Leak Damage Assessment" (
http://www.tomflocco.com/fs/GossRefusesToGive.htm) that appeared on November 26, 2005. Flocco specifically detailed the events that surrounded the Patrick Fitzgerald news conference on October 28th where he announced the "Scooter" Libby indictment.
"We were all disappointed that day when there was only one public indictment handed down. But about half way into the question and answer session with Fitzgerald, if you go back and take a look at any transcript or tape of it, you will notice that Prosecutor Fitzgerald said that there were five files filed in the national security archives (or) protocols and they were sealed," said Flocco.
"Those are the indictments in which Tom reported on back on August the 4th, with information from Mr. Heneghan," added Webb.
"We believe that those five are very, very key indictments. Because there is money trail which tracks all of this back into 9/11 and Oklahoma City and farther back. There is so much evidence, just to cover it all. We know that right now there is a heavy concentration on where the 'Leak-Gate' case heads and where the attempt to plant the weapons of mass destruction in Iraq, the financing of these paper trails head in different directions. And we have got documents.
The listeners have to know, there are national security archives that are going to be released. And Fitzgerald himself said, his actual words were, 'I am not allowed to talk about that now," Flocco recalled.
"Because of further indictments, they have brought in (Robert) Novak with Time Magazine and they have brought in Bob Woodward (editor of the Washington Post), both of which they didn't know about before, suddenly appear before the grand jury. It has opened up Pandora's box with additional indictments forthcoming," said Webb.
It has been learned recently, that former CIA Director George Tenet has been a key witness in citing the importance of the role of CIA undercover agent and WMD expert Valerie Plame and her team in preventing weapons of mass destruction from being planted in Iraq before the war.
"Then Tenet comes in and resigns to make it look like faulty intelligence by the CIA, when in fact the CIA was saying there weren't the weapons of mass destruction. So Tenet takes a $38 million pay off and he gets caught and nailed because of Tom Heneghan," disclosed Webb.
"And now Mr. Tenet has testified before Patrick Fitzgerald and turned state's evidence. He has been given limited immunity which means that if he doesn't perform for Mr. Patrick Fitzgerald as a witness against the Bush administration, Mr. Tenet will end up in prison and probably executed for treason," Webb warned.
"I am aware that the Central Intelligence agents themselves, many, many of them, eighty percent of them want Bush in jail right now. Eighty percent of them have joined forces with the American/French alliance, that's intelligence from both countries; they want them jailed for what they have done to this country. They said they are way over the top. They monitor the media and they monitor radio and they monitor the TV and the only people coming close to telling the truth are Chris Matthews and Keith Olberman on the major TV networks," said Webb.
"You see threads of the patriot movement is promulgating itself through the open borders/illegal immigration issues. You see people defying the government, going to the borders, protecting the borders, speaking out, calling into Lou Dobbs (of CNN). You have people in the anti-war movement because they know they we were lied to, people feel it. Now that there is evidence, there are people starting to speak out," said Flocco.
Webb cited the provision in the original Constitutional Congress that makes it a constitutional duty for every American to "throw off such government and to provide new guards for their future security." "Folks, that is your obligation and your duty as a united States citizen, that is as an American under the Constitution of the united States. It may come to this," he warned.
"I guarantee you there is justice coming to America. And if they were to kill Patrick Fitzgerald, if they were to neutralize him in some way, and I don't believe that will be done, it is our responsibility as Americans to stand up with the handcuffs, lock and load, and go in and get all these people and put them all in handcuffs," Webb said emphatically.
Webb also cited one of the survey polls that appeared recently on MSNBC that asked Americans how they felt about their satisfaction with the current government.
"One of the polls that they did said that 75% of the people in America said that Washington, DC is not doing what they are telling them to do and they are stepping out of touch with reality," cited Webb.
"And if they are saying 75% it is probably 85 or 95% because the polls lie," said Flocco. "They (the Bush administration and Congress) are not showing very well, I think the American people have got to find a way to stand up."
Flocco also cited the extensive interviews he has done with FBI Arabic translator, Sibel Edmunds, who has spoken out on numerous U.S. government officials? direct involvement in 9/11.
"So I got her on the record to say there are roughly the names of ten famous American legislators or politicians or agency heads. We know one them right now is, Denny Hastert, the Speaker of the House of Representatives," Flocco reported.
"Which means he knew in advance about 9/11. And we also have the name of George Herbert Walker Bush has been mentioned by many people in the intelligence community. And remember, where he was on the day of 9/11; 400 hundred feet below the White House in the situation room with Dick Cheney. Both of them down there running the show, doing the Department of Justice military exercise, there were five of them going on, involving Gary Best and all of them that blew up the Towers," Webb revealed.
"I have talked to a woman whose sister was molested and raped by the Vice-president of the united States. The woman has said that she 'would be happy to have my sister talk to you' and go on the record and go before the united States public media. All of the MSNBC and NBC people who are listening to this show should be ashamed of themselves that they have been covering up," Flocco said.
"Just as an average American citizen who just got fed up and disgusted with the lack of coverage of major news stories in united States media, I decided, like Stew, three years ago, I was going to do it myself," he added.
"I blame the united States media, because if we had a media that was not controlled and was not manipulated and being told what told to do by forces even higher than our own government, world-wide forces I am talking about, all of these stories would be before us and we would have long ago thrown off the kind of activities we are talking about," declared Flocco referring to the Knights Templar and Illuminati organizations that control the U.S. government.
"It is the responsibility and duty of the united States media to publish these documents and they refuse to do it, because they are being ordered to keep them from away from the American people," said Flocco on the closing of the show.
