Dont valet park at the hard rock casino!!
I made the mistake of doing that, and about 2 weeks later i was picking up my brand new car, again, from the dealer, becuase the casino valet put a fist sized dent in my drivers side rear corner panel.
There are cameras everywhere, and the entire Tampa originazation tried to sweep it under the rug, from the security guards, to the seminole police dept.
Thats right, you cannot call regular police to the seminole hard rock. They have there own police dept. and they are not there to protect casino goers. They are there to protect the casino.
Finally, my wife made a few phone calls to the main hard rock offices in Orlando, and they finally sent us a check for the damage. After pulling teeth with Tampa.
Id like to know where they stash the touch up paints and the autowax up there at valet, becuase they also tried to wax the dent LOL... and they used black touch up paint on some small areas.
I was also harassed by hotel security after telling them about the situation. One of the valet workers lunged at me and was held back by another valet.
Then another valet guy, goes to the back of my car, writes my tags down and walks off.
My wife chases him down and demands he hand back the paper.. then a pilceman had to go after them, and made her leave the scene, so he could threaten the valet guy to hand him the peice of paper back, after he denied doing it, in front of my wife.
To make a long story short, we still go back to the casino...becuase they finally paid for my damages. But, I wont valet park again, and I dont put money into there slot machines anymore.
