Who is going to be in Vegas and wants to...

actually do some business. This will be my first time going and I would like to get a little list of people to meet with while I am there so that I can schedule time for everything and not miss talking to someone.

With all the people that are going to either kick someones ass or just get drunk I would like a list of people doing business so I can avoid wasting my time. I have nothing against drinking and I will be doing some as well as attending some of the parties.

Flame, hate or ignore this thread if you choose but if you are going and would like to discuss business then shoot me an email webmaster {at} mynetporn {dot} com or post in this thread.

And to answer a question you may have: No most of you do not know me and I am not a big player in adult (yet).

Although I can understand you point of view I like to know the people I am working with and I like Vegas anyways and will be there for other business so why not attend the show and meet people and find ways to make more money.
The price is a little high and the timing is not perfect but I am sure it will be a good time. If I am not happy with the show then I will not attend it again. I hope to make some contacts and find ways to improve my business.

It was not just with AFF but with other dating sites as well. I guess my traffic just wants to get off on pics and movies and does not enjoy the real thing.

I have a bunch of domains that are going to waste either on Sedo or other types of sites. I would like to meet people that I could use these domains to generate more money that what they are making now.
I do not know all the program that exist nor all the sites that everyone has.
As my above post shows I suck at converting Dating traffic.
I do not have boatloads of traffic and would be interest in finding out ways to increase the traffic.
I also would like to meet hosting companies and software companies and see their offerings.
I am sure there are many people that could help me make more money and increase my traffic and in return make themselves more money.
Since this is my first event and I have been out of adult for many years (I used to have a 4 node adult BBS back in the day) I want to meet people that can help me get back into the industry.
I am not looking for a handout but rather basic networking to build a foundation for the coming years business.

man your expectations of what vegas will bring you are way too high. If you are a 'nobody' (meaning nobody knows you and you know nobody) you better save your money and avoid a major disapointment. Networking from behind your pc is way more efficient and cheaper. Find some contacts in your own state first and build from there.
Team up with some local webmasters this coming year and hit Vegas together the next year.

Out of curiosity on the 2:9k ratio, I have visited your website.
As far as promoting dating I would suggest you to focus on one concept. Slapping all available dating sites on one page is only gonna confuse your visitors. You have to decide what is good for them. It might sound strange but that is what they expect from you (since you are the expert in their eyes).

I'm not going to vegas this year nor the Dominican. I've decided to stay home and network my ass off ;-)
