I am happy with CCBill.. and I've heard mumblings of "affiliate program version 2.0" recently. Their whole program is great... the only place it falls down is user interface. Payouts are good, chargebacks are low, and they pay on time every time. I'm happy with them. No bull is on my "pro" list.

Each billing company has their own unique talents. I'm sure any of the top 4 or 5 could provide a solution for you that would work. The trick is to find the one that works best for your site and offers the flexibility and features that you're looking for. Make a good decisoin for a primary. Get a secondary. Be your own judge.
