              What is wrong with that? If those sites are making $30,000-50,000 a year with little or no work that ain't bad. I would buy it if the price is right.

                                          hate to say it, but the domain names are worthless, and due to the vagaries of traffic generation this "positive cash flow" business can go flat or negative in a wink.

                                          it is worth something, but not more than 4-6k IMO.
