Last three days I worked more then 50 hours. The reason is pretty simple my host crashed, all data was lost. There was a affiliate program running on it with 9 paysites, pretty much damage. Working full time to restore it, includes config/installing NATS, Handling affiliate payments even if they didnt reach there minimum payouts, members support, uploading, setting back up with epoch, replace all my linking codes, resetup my tours ect.
It's been long days, lots of phone calls I've made, and I wanted to launch it on my birthday which is 29th of December. The beta started 4 months back and everything went just fine untill the crash some days ago.
So now you know. Normally I work around 10 hours ~ a day aswell.Last edited by Dalai lama; 12-20-2005, 06:58 AM.Comment

4 am get up and work on the blog, read emails, browse agency sites, wash clothes, clean house etc . . breakfast, shower shave, edit until 10 am or so and get ready to shoot. shoot from 11 am or so until about 5-6, dinner/luch break, break gear down, go through all the matrial shot, read emails, book models, chat with clients, do the books and get ready for another day . . hit the sack about 10 - 11 pm . . . just another day . . .Originally posted by Antoniowithout revealing your deepest secrets can you break down your day for me, I mean what the hell do you do all these 10 or more hours???Comment

I can't wait to see Juicy's reply to this....
Personnally I wake up, get on my comp, check my msgs, open up my video editing program and hack away at whatever project I'm on.
If my comp is rendering, I read up on how to program, etc... I try not to waste my time much.
Most time I lose is usually on GFYskype: lordofthecameltoeComment

well very simply - I get up around 8:30am, after taking shower - breakfast and read the morning news I begin by answering emails from clients and potential clients who request demos for our plugins. this process goes on all day pretty much. Later in the morning I start answering and looking at webmaster boards (around 20) and read industry news to keep myself up-to-date.
By noon - 1pm I begin calling webmasters and those seeking demo's to discuss their interest and how I can help them even further getting the most our of their site. I usually break anywhere between 2 and 3 for lunch - then get back on the phones. My database is usually filled with around 60 or more potential clients that need answers or who have questions. Each conversation usually takes around 15min to 1/2 hour if the webmaster knows what they are doing, and that includes the sign ups that happen daily as well.
My calling is done around 6pm where I break for dinner (still available for calls coming in from webmasters). Evening times I am usually talking to my team, handling any issues from the day and still take calls from webmasters who have questions. I generally dont get into bed until 1am. That is how my day usually goes, weekends I try and get out for fun, but I am always around the phone in case webmasters need me.Comment
