I just set it to verify comments, and do mass deleting once every 2 days or so

You could set it to verify the comments before they post.

However, I have thought about this. It wouldn't be hard to do. Add in a confirm post option or a secret word image before the post. This would kill the bots at least.

Spam Karma 2 -- Nothing automated EVER gets through .

On occassion an asswipe awm who hand enters them will sneek one through but with one click I can ban them and even most of those are picked up by Spam Karma.

there are some good ones at wp-plugins.net that will add image verification and stuff, and there is one in particular i saw that won't let them post unless javascript is enabled. that counts out all of the bots.
