Damn, that sucks. You need to take good care of your teeth, I mainly brush mine at night and during the morning when I need to go somewhere. At night I always use PLAX before I brush and ACT when I'm done.

I must be doing a good job because before I went 14 years without going to the dentist and I had not one cavity, then recently I went for a checkup 5 years after that and again, not one single cavity.
