I need Design/color Opinions

I think red and black and some white always looks good. Good choice with red.

I was trying to get that perfect dryed blood red/brown color and I think I did.

My site right now is purple/green and its just a bit to bright.

Looks good, I'd just say that black text doesn't stand out so much on brown BG .. maybe try black with a light color text? white/red (links) etc? Keeps within the goth theme.

btw, when the site is live I'd be happy to send a link (no recip req.) from my "goth porn" review site.

I would focus on the model picture for inspiration, either:

go with the model for colours, use a similar dark red from the hair, and a white/black contrast for the text, and use sparingly the blue from the eyeshadow for highlights and to attract some attantion.

go against the model for contrasted images: this is not so specific, but maybe a dark grey / purplish-maroon and this will draw that main image of your model out and draw people to focus on the pics of the models.

bet thing to do is setup multiple pages for each colour system, try the dark red as the main background with white text on black background; then white bg with red text on a black bgground etc.. etc... etc... putting the pages up against each other in the way will make it realy easy to decide your best colour combination

That way you optimize your time in makiing money$$$

I changed the picture and the added some color text so this is what I curently have:

I might try doing something with purple but my current site is done in purple and green.

Oh and on the design thing.. I am poor and my site doesnt make a crap load of money, I cant afford a profesional.

yeah, ive started using that color in my members section.. I just need something that stands out more then white for headers on anouncements ect..i think the dark blue that i have works good for it though
