We had one of the red ones a year or two back and they caused nothing but trouble, we were constantly on the phone with support trying to get spare parts sent out.

You should probably consider buying the replenish kit and a spare battery for each unit you do get to that way, one can be charging while another is in use in case you have larger rooms like us.
