The turkey sandwich is long known as a favorite "leftover" after holiday meals but I will share with you one that is my favorite all time leftover sandwich.
Surely you will come across leftover ham rolls during holiday visits or at home even. Take one of these (preferrably Smithfield ham) and open it up. Place one deviled egg on top, cover the open side of the roll with Grey Poupon or deli mustard, a little salt & pepper...close and eat. Guaranteed to clog an artery or three...
