if you chargeback against paypal (that's what you'd be doing), paypal will put your paypal account into negative, and try to settle it with any bank accounts you have attached. if none of those have funds to cover it, they'll send it to collections..
speaking from experience.. someone bashed me in a thread the other day when i made negative comments about paypal, don't remember who.. hopefully they're reading this
