I can't say this without sounding big-headed, but $200 is really fuck all to me. However, I try to make a profit at any size. So, domain gurus, should I snap this up or hold onto it?

sell it. A domain (unless its like bbw.com, sex.com etc) is only good if it is developed and marketed.
You could own a similar domain and make the same amount of money
