i miss rand at epassporte :(

my epass account is fucked up and i get zero support
just a fucking support ticket :/

can anyone else login to accounts?

all i get is invalid user name and pass
reset pass
same thing

I was having the same issue, but then realised it was firefox, and once I used i.e. it worked ok.

There is a company who bills my card even though I dont use their service anymore...I asked EP to chargeback those payments and do something against it. They told me to ask the merchant about it, but I tried that, of course. They exactly know what they are doing and will do it until there is money left on the account. Well nothing I can do, and seems the support dont want to do anything either. This above is EP "support"

I think Keyser is doing a great job. As for posting here, why not? the owners post here, and it seems to have worked in Chris' case.
