    FCC orders no more live programming

    Total fines against Viacom 3.5 million for all indecency charges against them including Howard Stern. As part of the ruling they are now required to delay all live programming.

          I wouldn't be surprised after the "basket-brawl" controversy if some stations start (or are pressured to start) delaying broadcasting live sport events.
